Patrik Engborg

Web stuff. Decades of it.

I’m a creative developer with 20+ years of experience in crafting clean code and slick interfaces. I’m passionate about modern web tech and creating digital experiences.

Based in Stockholm 🇸🇪, I share my life with Christin, and our two kids, Billie and Alfred. Outside of work, I’m all about good food and well-crafted beer, great music, and hitting the disc golf course. Occasionally, I dabble in furniture building — almost like coding, but with fewer undo options.

    • PWA
    • Sveltekit
    • Tailwind
    • Turso
    • AI

Do we still need native apps? I built a PWA to find out. Meet Basketcase – a grocery shopping list app.

In addition to its general slickness, groceries are categorized by AI so you don’t have to run zig-zag through the store. Try it yourself, it might improve your grocery shopping too!

    • Supabase

Eventlist is an event tool that lets you manage, list and promote all your company’s events. Automate registrations, reminders and follow-ups for your attendees.

This was the first time is used Sveltekit for a project and I have been a fan ever since 💚

    • AI

Haaartland is a community platform designed to free you from the grip of Facebook and other social media. Connect with your community in a space where everyone’s privacy is truly respected.

Based on Sveltekit and Supabase, I built everything from scratch with lots of interesting integrations, such as messenger functionality, a super fast search and sprinkles of AI.

    • Sanity

Important Looking Pirates is a world-renowned visual effects company. I built their new website which was released during spring 2024.

I used Astro for the frontend, Sanity as the content platform, and GSAP for some subtle nifty UX effects.
